Surface must be free of rust, oil, gres, salt and any other contaminants. Surface shouldn’t be humid.
Component A and B are mixed in their own cans. Then the component B is poured into the can of component A during stirring and they are mixed together using a mixer, till a homogenous mixture is obtained. The mixing time shouldn’t exceed 3 - 4 minutes. The cycle of mixer is 400 - 500 cycle/min.If the mixer speed is high, it causes air bubbles in the mixture. PUR 500 is applied by a brush, roller or spray.
Cleaning Of The Tools
The equipment can be cleaned by industrial solvents immediately after application.
