Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems can be used wherever additional pressure is required. Each booster model has been designed to meet specific customer demands for capacity and control.

    The intelligent cascade control ensures that the optimum number of pumps required to meet the demand runs at any time. Together with the CR with IE3 motors, this makes the Hydro MPC the most energy-efficient solution for maintaining a constant pressure during changing flow demands.

      The Grundfos HS horizontal split case pump is a single-stage, non-self-priming, between bearing, centrifugal volute pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components (bearings, wear rings, impeller, and shaft seal) without disturbing the motor or pipework.

            S pumps

            S pumps form the backbone of many sewage systems. They are selected for their strength, their durability, and for innovative features such as the SmartTrim impeller clearance adjustment system and the Smart Seal for leakage prevention.

            The SmartTrim system used on the S-pumps makes it easy to adjust the factory-set impeller clearance and thus to maintain maximum pump efficiency.

            The Grundfos SmartSeal Auto-coupling gasket provides a completely leak-proof connection between the pump and the base unit of the auto-coupling system. The shaft seal is capable of rotating in either direction. When the pumps are installed with separate pipework, sludge sedimentation can be avoided by back-flushing the system at regular intervals.

              Grundfos offers a full range of wastewater pumping stations – also known as lift stations – which are supplied complete with all the necessary piping, valves, level controls etc.

              Wastewater pumping stations use a modular concept, while the pump pit, pumps and controls can be combined to suit specific requirements for each individual application.

                Grundfos Dedicated Controls system are delivered either as complete control cabinets or as control components for local panel assembly.

                Grundfos Dedicated Controls can be used with standard functionality for normal needs, but it also supports more advanced functions for wastewater transport.

                    The Grundfos CR vertical, multistage, centrifugal in-line pump family works for water supply, water treatment and almost any industrial solution – including those for high-pressure, hot, dangerous, flammable and aggressive liquids.
